As a Training Intern, you will have the opportunity to discover the "Christian Dior Couture Retail World" in our Head Office, based in Munich. You are available starting January 15, 2024, for at least 6 months and able to work full time (40 hours per week).

The beauty of this internship is the complexity of 3 different countries (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) where you will assist the Retail Trainer in the development and the combining of the retail team skills, motivation, and performance into one strategy.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting in updating, managing, and deploying the training tools
• Participation in analysing feedback from the Boutiques and trainers, regarding training needs
• Managing the registration for training sessions and supporting the organization of the Training Events
• Contributing to developing innovative animations for the Training Events and for the launching of new collections
• Establishing and analyzing the monthly report for retail training activities in our region

Profile

• At least in the 3rd Semester in Business School or University cycle
• Prior experience in sales or training in the luxury field or a similar field
• Very creative, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge in MS Office and the ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
