The purpose of the Order Management Senior Specialist is to own the order taking process within the German market. Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide the most efficient and cost effective service while working to pre-defined SLA’s.
What will you be doing
- Own the end-to-end process of customer order placement analyzing stock and forecasts
- Perform daily routines such as order input, order processing and follow up on ad-hoc issues
- Managing orders – correct goods, sent to the right location on time and in full
- Drive continuous improvement within the Order Taking scope (automation, digitalization and standardization of the process )
- Strong link with transformation and robotics team to improve the touchless order to delivery flow
- Download reports and communicate with the business
- Support to structural improvements & projects, SLA, KPI dashboard, make proposals for improvement
- Maintain a strong relationship with internal business partners/stakeholders
- Ensure all requests are treated within the pre-determined OTIF Agreement parameters
What you will bring
- Fluency in English required / Basic German (A2) is required
- Experience with working in an SAP environment (or other ERP system) is an advantage
- Knowledge of our business/FMCG operations, or related fields is an advantage
- Medium Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, VLookUp). Advanced level is advantage.
- Great attention to detail
- Problem solving experience and leading the resolution of the issue
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects
- Work in a multi-cultural environment
