Your New Role
Responsible for overseeing several production teams, creating and approving of budgets and financial reports for controller, and developing process improvements.
- Independent and efficient management of various project teams (led by the responsible production manager)
- Coordination, organization as well as quality control of the individual project processes
- Active design of new work processes in the project business
- Management of project administration according to specifications/ agreement with production management
- Preparation of calculations and financing plans after consultation with the production management
- Budget and cost monitoring
- Preparation of monthly financial reports/ forecasts
- Creation and maintenance of communication structures within the department
- If required, assignment as responsible production manager on own projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Leadership skills and the ability to take on tasks actively, independently and responsibly
- Flexibility in terms of time and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage crisis situations.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and team player (careful and prudent work style)
- Very good computer skills (Sesame, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Interest in strategic development of the entire company and/or individual divisions
- Willingness to work abroad
- Business fluent German and English (written and verbal)
- Higher education (e.g. Business Administration or Film and Television Studies)
- Several years of experience as a production manager in the non-fiction sector
- Experience in factual entertainment as well as in the show business is an advantage
