Your responsibilities
- Help defining interfaces to sources for AI training / embeddings.
- Identify patterns and trends from large amount of data.
- Use Azure OpenAI and other AI tools to generate prompts and responses for various domains and tasks, mostly related to IT support.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the AI models and the user experience.
- Collaborate with other working students and developers on implementing AI into ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- Be part of a team that supports ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
Your profile
- Relevant education in computer science, linguistics, or a related field.
- Passionate about artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
- Experience with GPT-3.5 / GPT-4 or other generative models (either proprietary or open source).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus).
- Good writing and communication skills in English.
- Creative and curious mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
