For TUI AG in Hanover, we are looking for an intern or working student (m/f/d) in the Mergers & Acquisition department to start as soon as possible.
About The Job
- Support in exciting national and international M&A projects of TUI Group
- Participation in company valuations and due diligence reviews
- Conduct of business analyses and market researches
- Collaboration in the preparation of board presentations and business cases on M&A topics
- As an intern (m/f/d) / working student (m/f/d), you will have an active role in the M&A team and take on responsibility according to your profile
- There is the option of combining an internship with a subsequent job as a working student (m/f/d)
About You
- Studies in business administration / economics, at least in the 3rd semester, preferably with a focus either in finance or controlling
- Initial practical M&A experience is beneficial
- Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Office
- Fluent written and spoken English and good written and spoken German
- Good analytical skills as well as quick comprehension
- Enthusiastic personality acting in a structured but also creative way
- Independent, diligent and reliable way of working
- Flexibility, resilience and strong team spirit
