What we expect

  • You will work closely with our international colleagues to support our Global Development & Culture initiatives
  • You will support our team in organizing and running training courses, e.g. plan trainings courses, administrate our learning management System, steer training feedback, etc.
  • You will support our team in rolling out Talent Management, Culture, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement initiatives
  • We offer you the opportunity to have a deeper look into training measures and talent development programs
  • You will gain exciting insights into our digital personnel development processes and have the opportunity to contribute your previous experience and ideas independently and creatively

Who we are looking for

  • You are an enrolled student in business administration, (business) psychology, education, social sciences or a comparable course of study
  • You organize yourself well and work independently while being aligned with the department goals
  • You are curious and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have good MS Office skills and you are thrilled to discover new technology trends (experience in SuccessFactors is a plus)
  • You can develop strong & effective working relationships with colleagues from different geographies and backgrounds
  • You are a team player and are highly motivated and flexible
  • You would like to join us as a working student for 15-20 hours per week over a period of at least 6 months
