What you’ll do

  • You'll support new and ongoing international IT projects by defining requirements, performing user acceptance tests and accompanying rollout phases in larger projects
  • In addition, you'll take care of the data-side interface support within HR and the subsequent systems in the business
  • Your tasks also include the analysis and improvement of data quality in our HR systems (especially SAP HCM and Persis) and of our careers' website
  • You'll also handle ad-hoc requests regarding our time tracking tool SAP ESS (Employee Self-Service)

What you’ll bring

  • You're currently enrolled in a study program such as business informatics – preferably in a higher semester
  • You're characterized by your implementation-oriented attitude and are keen to expand your knowledge of HR systems such as SAP
  • Thanks to your team player mentality, it's easy for you to work effectively in teams
  • You describe your MS-Office and English skills as good
