What you’ll do

  • The Sky Academy is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all trainings at Sky
  • You will support us in a variety of projects and will have a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to work independently on topics
  • You will help the Learning & Coordination team to organize trainings in the areas of leadership development, compliance, employee surveys, performance & talent management and onboarding
  • In addition, your role will support the delivery of training, including the creation of presentations and facilitation of onboarding sessions
  • You will work closely and independently with trainers, HR business partners, experts and managers from different departments

What you’ll bring

  • You are studying business/psychology or have comparable qualifications
  • Confident appearance at all levels of the company and the will to drive projects ahead
  • Hands-on mentality with innovative ideas and a results-oriented way of working
  • You describe yourself as an organising talent and team player
  • A good command of German skills on mothertongue level round off your profile, a good command of English is desirable
