Realise your talent! Get to know the unique media world of Red Bull and work cross-departmental on sports projects within a country organization. From athletes’ projects to events: Acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of Communication, Social Media and Creator Marketing by diving into various forms of storytelling and thinking out-of-the box. Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Support the Communication Team with project management, key messaging and creation of ESO (Earned, Social, Owned channels) activation plans for events and projects of athletes/artists.
• As part of the Social Media Team you will create engaging social content, especially around sports initiatives and together with our athletes. In addition, you will gain insights into programming strategies for various social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
• You will assist the Creator Marketing Team in research topics, developing outstanding experiences around our events, realizing dedicated projects and tracking/analyzing performance metrics of collaborations.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree 
• Proven excellence in your academic life
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
• A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
• Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written, spoken)
• Travel 20-30%
