Je nach Stelle arbeitest du im Bereich Assurance in der Prüfung und Beratung rund um Rechnungslegung und Berichterstattung, im Bereich Advisory in der branchenspezifischen Prozess-, Organisations- und IT-Beratung, in Tax und Legal auf Großprojekten in der Steuer- und Rechtsberatung oder in unseren internen Bereichen, die unser organisatorisch-technologisches Rückgrat bilden.

Your Responsibilities

Deal Analytics & Technology Solutions (DATS) - You identify, analyze and evaluate correlations in business data, financial data and external data sources in order to gain business-relevant insights and identify value creation opportunities. This applies through all phases of the deal cycle, including post-deal transformations.

Data Science - You perform exploratory analysis in extensive data structures. You prepare large structured and unstructured information. In doing so, you recognize patterns and can apply methods from the fields of data modeling, predictive analytics and/or machine learning.

Development - You actively develop our Big Data & Analytics landscape in PwC Deals. You deploy data and algorithm-based methods to solve complex and unusual problems in changing contexts. To do this, you combine technologies, concepts, and statistics to create innovative solutions that can evolve from prototype to scalable enterprise solution.

Diverse Projects - Using your technical skills, you analyze financial data and prepare it for client use (e.g. in the form of a dashboard). You enjoy working across teams and communicating independently within the team, with other PwC Deals colleagues and with our clients.

Exciting tasks - The expansion of data analysis in the deals area including communication and cooperation with clients and internal PwC teams falls under your remit.

Your Profile

• You have either successfully completed your studies in a business or STEM- related field. You have in-depth knowledge and experience in some of the following functional and technical areas such as: Analytical programming languages (Python, R), Data modeling and ETL (SQL, Alteryx, PowerQuery), Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Datev) as well as cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g. Azure Developer, DevOps Engineer)
• You have a proven talent for conceptual and analytical thinking, a structured work style and enjoy solving complex business and Deal analyses tasks.
• During your studies, you gained relevant practical experience in internships or took part in comparable initiatives that underline your expertise. Ideally you already have some experience with big data or would like to develop yourself professionally towards advanced business analytics.
• In addition, you bring strong data storytelling and/or presentation skills. You enjoy working in a high-performance team.
• Strong communication skills, excellent German and English skills, a self-confident appearance and very good analyticalskills characterize you.
