Your role

At P&G, our Brand Management teams are the vision and strategy behind each of our brands. Together, we create irresistible, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.

Use your drive and ingenuity! From Day 1, you will receive your own projects to contribute to the team and business that you are working in. Through these you gain insight into how we work and what we do in Marketing: developing strong marketing concepts and identifying tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights. Also piloting campaigns on new social media platforms, and establishing new sustainability initiatives are just a few examples. In addition, you engage with agency partners and internal stakeholders from all functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product Supply). This way you to expand your knowledge and grow our brands profitably while achieving your project objectives.

Within the Brand Management function, you might join P&G in one of three teams:

  • Commercial Operations team for a particular brand or category

  • Brand Operations team with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point (Data/Digital, Media, etc.)

  • Sales team developing marketing plans across categories for a specific customer

Your profile

  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.

  • You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.

  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.

  • You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.

  • You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).

  • Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
