Join our global team as a Quality Engineer for Complaint Systems and Processes where you will drive improvements in systems, tools, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in the MedTech industry. This role combines analytical expertise with collaboration across international teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and propose improvements to global systems and processes (including methods, tools, and interfaces) within the Complaint Handling Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
- Present, train and coach new processes and methods to involved organization
- Review process implementation and measure process performance especially regarding process interfaces to other areas
- Elaborate alternative or amended process approaches, and propose changes to involved participants
- Test alternative processes in pilot projects
- Create transparency and consistency of organization, tasks and responsibilities
- Moderate and steer communication between line management, process organization and in volved participants
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable FDA QSR, ISO 13485 regulations and applicable industry standards
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time to support global process initiatives and collaborations
