Join us as Post Market Surveillance Specialist (m/f/d) to drive product safety and quality improvements by analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and making a meaningful impact in MedTech innovation.
You will manage PMS data from sources such as feedback, complaints, and databases. Responsibilities include identifying assessment needs like PSUR (Periodic Safety Update Reports) and PMRR (Post-Market Risk Reviews), analyzing trends, and preparing monthly reports. Leading review meetings and facilitating interdisciplinary product monitoring sessions will be central to your role. Collaborating with departments such as Medical & Scientific Affairs, Risk Management, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, you will help identify corrective actions to continuously improve our products.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage post-market surveillance data collection and processing from various sources.
- Analyze trends and prepare detailed monthly trend reports.
- Facilitate and lead monthly product and market review meetings.
- Organize cross-departmental monitoring sessions to identify corrective actions and ensure product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align on compliance and product quality objectives.
- Prepare documents like PSUR and PMRR to meet regulatory obligations.
- Handle escalations related to post-market data and ensure proper documentation.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Skilled in handling post-market data, trend analysis, reporting and leading product improvement meetings.
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of data.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Team player with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and goal-oriented problem-solving.
