Your role

We are looking for talented and curious candidates who are supporting the Surface Solutions Strategy & Transformation team and who want to get a broad overview on the Surface Solutions business unit.

• As a Working Student – Surface Solutions Strategy Realization, you will support the Strategy & Transformation team in developing and implementing strategies for our Surface Solutions business.
• Your focus will be on business and market intelligence, including analyzing markets, customers and competitors.
• You will gather, organize, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• In addition, you will get insights into different strategic projects supporting the Surface Solutions business unit.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to project plans, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Who you are

• Currently enrolled as a student of business administration, business psychology, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
