Tasks

During your internship, you will gain valuable insights into the design and implementation of management development programs, talent management processes and trainee programs. This area has a wide range of tasks for you:

  • Assistance in the supervision of various leadership talent & junior talent programs
  • Help in shaping the design of leadership talent and junior talent programs
  • Communication and internal and external promotion of our programs and processes
  • Support and independent organization of workshops & events
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, such as the creation of presentations

Requirements

  • To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
  • You enjoy innovative topics, conceptual work and helping to shape new projects
  • Organizational talent, structured way of working and quick comprehension skills
  • Confident appearance, social skills and team orientation
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
