Your tasks
In the area of pre- and post-analytics, you are responsible for 2nd-level support on a state-of-the-art modular analysis line for laboratory diagnostics.
In detail
- Cross-departmental monitoring and troubleshooting of the entire automation system during routine operation
- Analysis of samples in error output areas using the automation middleware and the laboratory information system
- Active intervention in the event of errors, early detection of error causes, initiation of preventive measures in the automation software
- Checking the care and maintenance measures on the track and giving feedback to external service providers
- Communication with plant manufacturer
- Control and monitoring of the ordering system
- Support in the creation of QM documents and job descriptions
- Statistical evaluation of process times
your profile
- Successfully completed training as an MTLA (m/f/d), biologist (m/f/d), graduate (m/f/d) of a technical degree (FH) or comparable qualification
- Ability to familiarize yourself with complex relationships in detail
- Understanding of technical and electrical mechanisms and connections
- Enjoy optimizing processes
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (C1 level)
- High degree of responsibility and a pragmatic and structured way of working, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to change working hours between approx. 08:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m
