As part of our international and dynamic Aftermarket Team, you will focus on improving our internal communication strategy as well as how we engage with our dealers. You will play a key role in organizing events and assisting with the Go-to-Market planning process. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing and communication within a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate marketing and communication-focused meetings to foster a strong collaboration with our field team.
- Coordinate small projects in the field of Marketing Communication or Process Improvement.
- Assist in developing and enhancing our communication strategy to ensure that relevant information is effectively conveyed to our stakeholders and ultimately to customers, e.g. Sharepoint revamp and content maintenance
- Support the organization of events, including content preparation, on-site logistics and coordination with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the Go-to-Market planning process by helping to deliver on set milestones and ensuring timely progress.
What Skills You Need
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with a proactive attitude, open mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international and agile team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
