Job description

We are looking for our next Intern / Working Student, Marketing – Private Markets for our team in Munich for a duration of up to 12 months. You’ll provide marketing support to the European-based marketing team and work closely with our Munich-based marketing manager on the preparation and appropriate approvals of marketing materials for the DACH region, in both German and English language. This includes the preparation of quarterly updates to existing presentation materials, checking German translations of English texts, such as fund marketing material, economic outlooks and market commentaries, the creation of new materials and compliance sign-off.

Other tasks include

  • Branding – Ensure all materials are consistent, accurate and continually up-to-date and adhere to IVZ brand guidelines.
  • Events – Provide support on all real estate events, both Invesco-produced and third party, such as the annual client conference, ExpoReal and MIPIM.

What you can bring?

Previous experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook as well as have advanced skills in Powerpoint. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. You are enrolled student for a degree in a subject related to marketing, real estate or business administration. You can prioritise tasks, be deadline driven and be able to multi-task, as necessary. You have creative flair and an eye for design, with excellent attention to detail. You have a high personal motivation; ability to work independently and as part of a team. You have good interpersonal and communications skills

As a full-time employee, compliance with the workplace policy means working with your direct manager to create a schedule where you will work in your designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
