Your tasks

• Develop and Implement Automated FEM Simulations: Contribute to the creation and execution of automated Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation workflows.
• Enhance Data Extraction Processes: Expand and develop automated pre- and post-processing procedures within an existing framework to facilitate the extraction of simulation data.
• Collaborate on API Integration: Work within a cross-functional team to integrate a simulation data management system using software APIs.
• Ensure Traceability and Accessibility: Design automation processes with a focus on traceability and easy access.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues within the existing codebase.
• Write Quality Code: Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Your Qualifications

• During your HELLA time you are enrolled at a university and have not yet completed your last examination.
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a technical master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Linux Expertise: Experienced in shell programming within a Linux environment, ideally with familiarity with compute cluster systems such as PBS.
• Advantageous Experience: Previous exposure to FEM programs like ABAQUS and Hyperworks.
• Technical Proficiency: Competent in using MSoffice programs.
• Language Skills: Effective communication in English (both written and spoken).
• Personal Attributes: Team player, independent thinker, creative, and enthusiastic.
