Your role

Imagine you are at the drugstore. You’re looking for a new toothbrush and perhaps a toothpaste as well. What would be your main selection criteria? Is it price, brand, or are you trying new things and looking for the latest innovation that you could see on the shelf? How could the future of mouth hygiene look like?

These are some of the questions that we try to figure out on a daily basis in our Consumer Insights and Analytics Team. If you are interested in how consumers think and make decisions, if you are curious about different categories and markets, and if you like to uncover deep human insights, then Haleon is the place for you. Be a part of our international team and shape innovations and portfolio decisions in the leading Consumer Healthcare company.

Your responsibilities

  • As a member of the Insights Team you’ll collaborate with different functions, e.g. Marketing, Category Management, Analytics, and others
  • You’ll be supporting our quantitative and qualitative market research studies and our innovation projects
  • You’ll oversee our knowledge management system
  • You'll be using our innovative tools, you’ll grasp global and local trends to identify future growth opportunities
  • You’ll be delivering regular inputs into our business planning cycle (e.g. shopper and trade panel data)
  • You’ll be scouting and testing new vendors and supporting them in their onboarding
  • You'll be performing ad-hoc data analysis and elaborating reporting tools for marketing teams
  • You'll be supporting analytical tools training sessions

Requirements

  • Enrolled final years student, ideally MINT, business, or social studies
  • Ideally experience in market research (client or agency) and project management and you are comfortable dealing with numbers and data
  • Curiosity and interest in exploring various markets and categories (we focus on Oral Health Care and Over-the-counter products)
  • Working with little oversight and proactive addressing any challenges
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good German and English skills
