Human Capital Management (HCM) plays a critical role in managing the firm's most important asset, its people. HCM is responsible for a broad range of activities, including identifying and recruiting the best talent and partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate our people to help them reach their full potential.

Our Frankfurt HCM team is growing to meet the needs of our expanding presence in Germany. This is a great opportunity for highly proactive and motivated individuals who are ready to step in and partner with many teams across several businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Support HCM teams to provide a seamless HCM experience for stakeholders
  • Business Partners – plan/lead new hire orientation and help manage annual people processes with local stakeholders
  • Campus & Experienced Hire Recruiting – attend recruitment events and support the end to end recruitment process
  • Benefits, Wellness – help develop and execute on annual wellness calendar
  • Diversity and Inclusion – build relationships with local organizations and support internal Diversity Network activities
  • Support and lead ad-hoc projects across the HCM spectrum, such as career development events for our People Development Committee
  • Serve as first point of contact for internal clients in regards to all HCM-related queries
  • Provide day-to-day support for HCM processes, such as on-boarding new joiners, processing resignations, and taking care of administration related to internal transfers
  • Support internal HCM process improvements in collaboration with broader HCM team across Continental Europe

Skills we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally connected environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
  • Being open and sensitive to cultural/global differences
  • Strong written and oral communication (in English and German language)
