IT Trainee (m/w/d) Cyber Security 2025

Responsibilities

• Our IT trainee program covers a period of 18 months
• Within the individually planned project assignments at different locations, you will gain valuable experience in different Freudenberg Business Groups, which cover a broad and very interesting range of industries and sectors.
• A several month long assignment abroad will optimally prepare you to take on a responsible task in IT (focus on cyber security) of the internationally active Freudenberg Group.
• During the program you will be accompanied by a personal mentor (a member of the IT Senior Management Team of a Freudenberg Business Group). This mentor will support you within your professional and personal development.
• Also practical seminars and method training courses will continuously promote your further development.
• You will receive a permanent employment contract from the start of the trainee program as well as attractive salary condition.

Qualifications

• You own a degree in the field of computer science or business informatics with a focus on Information Security / IT Security
• You have already collected first relevant experiences, e.g. within internships or your first fulltime position
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams (business, IT, information security)
• You are enthusiastic about the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions and concepts with a focus on technical and process-related focal points
• Your personality is characterized by initiative, openness to new ideas and enjoy working with other people
• You combine very good communication skills with a results-oriented way of working
• In addition, you are able to fluently communicate in English and German
