You are interested in Project Management tasks and would like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company? Then support our Project Management Office at the IT Department of the MedTech division at Fresenius Kabi. We are looking for an intern/working student supporting us for at least 5 months! You will get the chance to work in an international team and will become part of a large program to implement the latest SAP S/4HANA technology at Fresenius.
Your challenge in detail
- You will support our Service Manager in controlling the supplier performance and draft out concepts for IT operations
- Explore innovative technologies with external providers and local departments
- Furthermore, you will support in the maintenance of project tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA and Planview
- In addition, you will help with the preparation of meetings, presentations and minutes
- Even more: you will assist in the creation and maintenance of cost tracking in cooperation with the controlling department
- Your exciting tasks will also include project release management and preparing decisions on the production launch
- It's obvious that you will support us in administrative and organisational tasks
Your competence is in demand
- Current studies in economics, business administration or informatics or similar in Master´s degree
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and interest in IT topics
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Experience in Project Management Office is an advantage
- Very good English and German skills, written and spoken
