Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Support in Daily Operations of IT communication tasks by assisting the team with ongoing content creation and integration on intranet pages
- Content Management & Localization: Upload, manage, and maintain content on the company’s intranet platform in multiple languages
- Review IT communication content to ensure it’s understandable and relatable for non-technical audiences, using layman's terms
- Community & Content Screening: Assist with managing internal IT communities by monitoring discussions and providing support
- Screen and evaluate content to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with IT communication standards and objectives
- Research & Migration Support: Assist with research tasks to support the development of IT communication strategies, tools, and campaigns
- Provide support during the migration process to a new intranet platform, ensuring content is properly transferred and optimized for the new environment.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools (M365), intranet platforms, and content management systems
- Ability to understand and analyze feedback to optimize content and communication strategies
- Collaborative Spirit – Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
