We also act as advisors and support for Group Functions on all matters related to Finance, IT and HR. The team Corporate Procurement, Sourcing IT & Telecoms (ITT) is responsible for the global strategic sourcing of all major IT & Telecoms (ITT) topics at DHL Group – challenging topics with high business criticality, visibility, and top management exposure. Key focus areas including Cloud Computing, GenAI, Supplier Relationship Management, and high-value negotiations incl. application of game theory concepts.
Your tasks
- Support our supplier innovation portal “Trailblazer”- identify innovation challenges and find the best suppliers to tackle these (in alignment with our divisional colleagues)
- Work with ITT Leadership team to ensure management priorities are understood and appropriately addressed by Sourcing team based on Procurement Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
- Contribute to key sourcing activities in our ITT categories (e.g. Software and Telecoms)
Your profile as trainee
- Minimum Bachelor graduation in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Social Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Science, Media & Communication, Law, Language & Cultural Science, Engineering, Economics, Procurement, Psychology Media before October 1st, 2025
- First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Project Management
- Fluent English skills, German is nice to have
- Self-motivated team player, positive thinker with appetite to learn, good communication skills, analytical skills, structured thinking, willingness to travel
