Your tasks
We’re looking for a working student to join our HR function. This intern will be involved in all facettes of the HR work and various exciting HR projects. With guidance and training, you will support the HR team in the daily business from diverse areas such as administration, employer branding, employee benefits, leadership development, talent management and international mobility. We will also involve you in organising training activities that we provide for our colleagues in Leipzig and our offices abroad.
By doing so, you will get back a lot from your team. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to be their best. We call it: the exchange mindset.
Your skills
- Existing enrollment at a college/university related to business and/or human resources management
- You are an analytical thinker with an active interest in Human resources
- You take initiative, you have sense of responsibility, accuracy and an independent way of working
- You are confident using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have strong German and English skills, both spoken and written
