In this newly created role, you will act as a direct sparring partner (m/f/x) for the Managing Director Marketing & Digital to further develop the business operationally and strategically.
Deine Aufgaben
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of our e-commerce activities in close interaction with the Managing Director Marketing & Digital
- Management and coordination of strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Implementation of projects to increase growth and efficiency as well as identification of new business potentials
- Identification and analysis of relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our business
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Dein Profil
- Above-average degree from a top university in the field of economics or comparable studies
- Initial practical experience, e.g. through internships, in a consultancy company and/or a start-up environment would be an advantage
- Very good analytical skills combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities
- Quick perception and structured working methods
- Self-sufficient approach to work and strong organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills
