We are seeking a strong candidate to join our BCG Transform Practice Area Marketing team in supporting important areas of the marketing program of the Practice, such as its social media presence and its internal communication.
As a working student you can work up to 20 hours / week during your semester and up to 40 hours / week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 – max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
You're Good At
- Engaging in latest social media trends (e.g. LinkedIn) to test and leverage emerging innovations
- Working with creative software such as Adobe Creative Tools to create social media content
- Managing social medial content calendars from content creation through scheduling, up to tracking
- Analysing, reporting & optimizing social media performance metrics, focusing on “what is really important”
You Bring Experience Qualifications
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies with high academic achievements preferably in business informatics or business studies with marketing focus
- Previous experience in the Marketing / Social Media area is a plus
- Ideally first experience in Marketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn campaign management tool, Sprinklr, SHIELD, Smarp, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and project management skills and willingness to develop solid understanding of the subject area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter with attention to detail
