You will accompany us in our innovative Stakeholder Engagement and take responsibility for supporting Customer Facing Medical Teams, Skills Training Implementation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- During the internship you will collaborate with international affiliates (USA, China, Japan, Germany & more) to determine customer facing medical teams’ skills gaps and organize implementation support
- You will support the development of innovative learning and development solutions for medical customer facing teams utilizing multi-modal / hybrid training approaches
- Also, you will network and collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Students with a preference for the healthcare industry / business, project management or L&D (learning and development)
- Knowledge of team-oriented ways of working as well as a high willingness to learn
- Hands-on experience with project management techniques, agile ways of working and innovations in MS Office tools
- Fluency in spoken and written English
What we can offer you
- As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
- You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
- A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
- During your final thesis you will receive an allowance of 900€ per month
- In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!
The duration of the internship is 6 months. The start of the internship can be made several times a year. Please enter the desired period in your application.
