The internship program
Offered in our Continental Europe offices, our off-cycle internship is suited for students from any academic background who are looking to secure a 6-month internship. You’ll have real-world responsibility from day one and contribute to our success in helping to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
The Off-cycle Internship Program acts as a feeder to the Full-Time Analyst Program.

Eligibility
Candidates should be in their penultimate year of studies and graduating from an undergraduate or a master’s degree program in 2025. We welcome applications from candidates studying any degree subject.
Please note that local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. When applying, you’ll have to answer one virtual cover letter question in the local language. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Equity Private Markets in Zurich.

Develop and deliver investment products and solutions for clients worldwide. Create marketing strategies around these solutions and use them to build new client relationships.

Legal & Compliance - Compliance
Understand and advise on the impact of regulatory requirements and best practices, protect the firm’s reputation and partner with the business to meet our clients’ expectations.

Technology - Software Engineering, Technology Operations& Portfolio Analytics
Build and support Aladdin, the technology platform that powers our firm and the investment industry as a whole. Utilize sophisticated technology to develop applications, deliver custom solutions and ensure a superior user experience. Our technology teams are responsible for designing, building and supporting our Aladdin platform used by our investment and risk teams and clients.
