Your Tasks
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits team during the salary and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Conduct manual checks and audits of compensation data to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Support the payroll team in their daily operations, including data entry, verification, and reporting
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas is essential
- Strong numerical affinity and the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in HR or payroll is a plus, but not required
