In our Regional Supply Chain management function for the Bayer division Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health, we offer an exciting position in 2024 (1st Feb – 31st Dec) for a working student to support us in various topics related to Warehousing, Transportation and Last Mile processes and in our day-to-day work.
Working students will be considered as active and valuable team members; is it possible to work 2-3 days in Home Office.

By supporting regional projects for the region EMEA, you will collaborate in an international and change-driven environment. If you are open-minded, highly motivated and enjoy working in a diverse team, we are looking forward to your application.

Your tasks and educational objectives

  • Support continuous improvement of processes by doing specific analysis
  • Take care of relevant Supply Chain KPIs in alignment with local and regional stakeholders
  • Monthly performance validation of warehouse data entries
  • Training of web-based reporting tools
  • Support the team in day-to-day tasks (e.g. preparation of presentations)

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree student in business, economics, logistics or related subject
  • Interest in supply-chain management and warehousing topics, previous work experience in supply-chain preferred but not mandatory.
  • Motivated to work on challenging projects in a cross-divisional and international environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills as well as knowledge of relevant software (MS Office)
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
