Responsibilities

Our General Services team provides competent, customer-oriented assistance to BASF employees, managers, and HR partners in the region regarding our internal HR software (Success Factors).

We are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) with the focus on Performance Management, you have the following responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests from Managers or HRBPs community concerning Performance Management and Employee Development.
• Maintain data for our group companies in our HR System ‘SuccessFactors’ (Performance and Employee Development).
• Support with the monthly and yearly activities of creating reports and testing of employee performance review forms.
• Additionally, you also engage in Learning topics by processing incoming requests.

Qualifications

• You have completed formal vocational training or degree in Business/Commerce/Economics
• Ideally, you have experience in HR, SuccessFactors Performance, Goals or Learning, Organizational Management, or a similar area
• Fluency in English and German. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications
• Ability to effectively simplify and explain complex concepts or technical information in a clear and easy way
• You stay focused even in difficult situations
• You treat customers with confidence and with the necessary level of friendliness and commitment to deliver high quality services
• You have excellent interpersonal skills to easily connect with your team members and foster positive relationships across teams and partners
• Preferably, you have experience in automation and digitization projects

• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Gross annual salary: 31.000 - 35.000€, depending on your qualification and professional experience, 36.000 - 42.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
