Business Unit / Role Specific Information
Our Graduates are consultants and project managers, working with leaders to solve some of our most sophisticated business challenges. As you work with different Consumer, Merchant, and Commercial teams you’ll develop a range of essential business skills, whilst also building a deep understanding of the Payments industry on a Global scale.
You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself across a variety of areas and develop a range of skills and networks, overseeing projects that deliver value to our business and customers, learn about our award-winning culture and network across our diverse business units and regions.
Our full-time Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational program designed to attract and develop diverse talent to be the future leaders of our organisation. Each Graduate will spend 8 months across three diverse business areas, working on exciting projects aligned to the company’s strategic, operational and financial goals.
What skills will you need?
- Successfully completed a master's degree in business or communication sciences
- First experiences in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Development
- In addition to very good communication skills, strong organizational and negotiation skills, you are characterized by a result-oriented, structured and independent way of working
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High level of self-motivation and implementation skills
- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented action
- Interest in improving processes and various problem-solving approaches
- Team player with initiative and aplomb in goal-oriented exchanges
- Good project management skills and presentation techniques
- The ability to lead and bring others along
- Analytical skills with an interest in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
