Who will you be joining
Group People and Culture Operations (GPCO) manages the Employee Master Platform (EMP) - a global solution for the administration of core HR data for Allianz employees based on SuccessFactors (SF). EMP is rolled out to nearly the entire AZ group and is under continuous improvements and development including integration with other core Allianz IT platforms, such as Identity and Access Management and ServiceNow.
GPCO is a large team of product owners and experts each responsible for different components of the overall platform. The Product Owner role is responsible for managing the run and development for several IT tools within the overall Platform.
How can you make an impact
- Support the HR Project Manager and the Architecture and Transversal Team
- Overall Project reporting
- Maintenance of Communication Channels (Connect, Teams Page)
- Status tracking
- Preparation of presentations and meetings (Minutes)
- Preparation of Status Meeting
- Understand risk and control levels
- Maintain a professional relationship with our OEs, business partners, and colleagues through effective communications
- Prepare project or program updates
- Ensure strong program and project level governance, including monitoring and control efforts for the projects supported by HR PM, in compliance with Project Management Policy and Procedures
What are you made of
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science
- Must be committed to the delivery of quality customer service.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR Processes (Hire, Transfer, Termination, Leave of Absence etc.)
Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year. We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity and access management incidents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel required).
- Fluent in English and German
