Who will you be joining
The purpose of the Insurance, Wealth, Trends & ESG team is to provide insurance and sustainability insights that help our clients define and implement our corporate strategy. Our insights are based on thorough analysis of economic and sustainability data. As an intern, you will support us for 6 months on all our research related activies. You will have the chance to collaborate across departments in a highly visible role.
How can you make an impact
You will work in our Economic Research Department with the Insurance, Wealth, Trends and ESG team. It is a stimulating and challenging environment that will give you ample opportunity to learn and develop skills for your career. You will effect impact by:
- Preparation and development of the Insurance Team products and research
- Maintenance, management and development of databases
- Development of quantitative models for sustainability, insurance, demographics and household wealth
- Management of the team’s publications chartbooks
- Excel-based file optimization
- Data analysis
What are you made of
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferable Economics/ Econometrics/Finance/Sustainability educational background
- Strong interest / knowledge in econometrics and ESG.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages an advantage
- Experience with statistical software
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office package
Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year. We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent team player, independent thinker and problem-solving mentality
- Energetic and strong personal interest in sustainability issues, environmental problems and societal concerns
- High attention to detail and ability to work on different work-streams at the same time
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- IT and programming skills; knowledge of statistical software or other programming languages is a plus.
- Good writing and story-telling skills to help promote our reports across our internal and external channels are also a plus.
