We are looking for an Internal Audit Graduate to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Munich.

Your Team

Our team specialises in undertaking internal audits to ensure that business processes and controls are executed adequately, effectively and efficiently. We independently evaluate the internal control systems to identify weaknesses and necessary mitigations.

Working closely with your line manager in Munich, you will gain Audit knowledge and experience. 

This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into multiple processes within the organization whilst improving your project management and communication skills.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

• Support a variety of audits 
• Collaborate with international audit teams on data analytics tasks
• Assist with scoping, sample selection and documentation of test cases
• Contribute to process improvements

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Completion of a bachelor's university degree by October 2024 
• Adaptability and Flexibility- Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure
• Communication- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork- Have a pro-active and positive attitude to teamwork, able to assist others and also take on your own responsibilities
• Learning Mindset/ Ambition- A curious and creative mindset, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development
• Analytical Thinking- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyse, study, or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and present solutions to others
• Good computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent English language skills

• Duration:  This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months of our Graduate Programme, you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers.
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week.
• Start Date: September 2024.
