Your tasks and responsibilities
- Complete process analysis of development flow on prototype aircraft activities
- Test and confirm correct application of process on current prototype
- Convert process on logogram with roles and responsibilities description
- Identification of improvement and propose development axis
- Transversal working group coordination
- Risks and opportunities analysis
- Progress reporting
- Synthesize, deploy and promote logogram communicate to the prototype community (operational as management).
- Work in relationship with internship in France doing a similar activity in Airbus helicopter prototype department (Marignane site)
- Participate to other improvement on going in the department
- Support activity of a prototype project manager in the team to discover activities of project management and team coordination of an aircraft during flight test phase.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
- Good knowledge on IT tool is appreciated (Gsuite environment)
- Technical basics knowledges
- Know how to synthesize
- Process analysis
- VSA (Value Stream Analysis) basics knowledge and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) or similar
- Lean principles
- self-sufficient and dynamic
- Creative, attentive and collaborative (teamwork)
- Fluent in German and English. French is a Plus.
