Your Role

• You develop innovative concepts and recipes for semi-finished and finished products for our national and international customers in the beverage sector
• You prepare samples for tastings
• You take over the independent processing of customer briefings and accompany the process from the product idea to the final production
• You manage projects and interact with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, sales, production, quality assurance, etc.)
• You qualify beverages according to their sensory and physical properties
• You act as a technical contact for customers and sales
• You take part in customer meetings and prepare the necessary technical presentations for them
• You ensure adequate product documentation and data evaluation
• You actively participate in strategy development for different product groups and regions
• You take over the processing and further development of focus topics in close cooperation with other development groups and adjacent departments

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of beverage or food technology or comparable training
• You have gained first practical experience in product development of beverages, as well as in innovation and project management
• You have a keen interest in product development and food trends and also like to try something new
• You have a passion and technical understanding for complex product development processes, as well as a strong problem-solving ability
• You are not afraid of innovation, you are always generating new ideas and you are not afraid to go different ways
• You like to show initiative and are able to work under pressure
• You are open to new working methods, proactively introduce them and agile working is a matter of course for you
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships as well as cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
• You know the current programs and have a certain IT affinity
• You speak very good English and have a good command of German
• You have a valid European work permit
