JOIN THE DIGITAL REVENUE DEVELOPMENT TEAM 

The Digital Revenue Development team forms the commercial center of the adidas Digital organization, to create the perfect store across all seasons. To create the perfect store, we accelerate data-driven & consumer obsessed processes and capabilities in our go-to-market from creation to in-season execution. Within Digital Revenue Development, our Digital Category Growth team translate the Brand strategy into Digital execution which lead to major strategic initiatives that drive commercial growth. 

Your Tasks

  • Support the orchestration of the digital seasonal plan execution including digital campaigns and projects 
  • Assist to gather and deliver background data and analysis of assigned areas to ensure a fact-based business plan creation. 
  • Act as a contact point for the global and/or local Business Units or a market, for the creation and execution of digital season business plans, campaigns and new business models 
  • Support the execution of projects and campaigns e.g., reporting, presentations, workshops etc.   
  • Support the preparation of key strategy updates for internal and external audiences. 
  • Provide updates on the status of implementations along the season to major key stakeholders 

Your Profil

  • Student with a focus on Business, e-commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar 
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations) 
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Experience of merchandising, retail/ecommerce supply and the planning & buying process.   
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners  
  • Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset   
  • High resilience and solution-oriented attitude  
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment  
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong MS Office skills  
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
