- Optimize Campaigns: Contribute to the strategic control and optimization of Performance Marketing campaigns across diverse online and offline channels
- Craft Engaging Marketing Initiatives: Play a key role in developing and implementing impactful marketing concepts and campaigns for the ABOUT YOU brand
- Become a Data Wizard: Deepen your analytical capabilities through complex SQL queries and enhance your coding skills
- Drive Innovation: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and products
- Define Success: Establish and monitor crucial KPIs to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness
- Master Digital Communication: Design compelling communication strategies for various digital channels
Requirements
- An above-average degree in Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economic psychology a comparable quantitative field
- Practical experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or an analytical role is a significant plus
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with a knack for creative thinking.
- A quick grasp of complex concepts and a highly structured working methodology
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Affinity to data analytics methods and tools
